If you need medical help use NHS 111 online or call 111.

NHS 111 online is for patients aged 5 and over.  Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.

Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency.  This is for someone who is seriously ill and their life is at risk.

The surgery will be closed from 1pm on the following Tuesdays for staff training:

111 online is a fast and convenient alternative to the 111 phone service and provides an option for people who want to access 111 digitally. 

Your needs will be assessed and you will be given advice about whether you need:

• Treat yourself at home
• Go to a Primary Care Centre

If you need face to face medical attention you may be asked to attend a Primary Care Centre.

Did you know it is not always necessary to attend Accident & Emergency? 

In the first instance, please contact the Surgery on 01268 418200 to speak to a receptionist.  If your call is outside normal surgery hours your call will be diverted to the Out of Hours Emergency Doctors Service who will be able to advise you.

If you have suffered a minor injury you can attend The Minor Injuries Unit at Orsett Hospital at the following times:

10:00 – 19:30 7 days a week

X-ray facilities are only available until 16:00.
